Asus ZenFone – Super Duper Power with Intel inside !

I want my cell phone Asus Zenfone with Intel inside, with the super powers so that the minute I click the camera ON, it will not only show me the external beauty of the persons, but its Super Powers will allow me to look into the reality behind those glittering faces, will allow me to peep inside their hearts & minds, will allow me to judge their mentality, nature as well the hidden thoughts & will allow me to know that they are truthful or just pretending. Than I  must have the Super Powers to EDIT the video in such a way that I could change everything i.e. the heart, the mind, the hidden thoughts, the mentality, the nature, into a lively, vibrant, joyous person with positive thoughts.

I want my cell phone Asus Zenfone with Intel inside, with the super powers so that the minute I click the camera ON, it will allow me to understand their pains & sorrows, the hunger, the diseases, the poverty & so on. Than I  must have the Super Powers to EDIT the video in such a way that I could fill the empty stomachs, I could pull them out of their pains, sorrows, diseases & poverty so that they could also live a natural & normal life.

I want my cell phone Asus Zenfone with Intel inside, with the super powers so that the minute I click the camera ON, it will allow me to look into the upcoming disasters, both man made as well natural ones, such as war, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, landslides as happened last year in kedarnath in which thousands of persons were killed. Than I  must have the Super Powers to EDIT the video in such a way that I could control & tame all such upcoming disasters to save the mankind.

As a result I will be able to make the entire mankind without any enmity & will spread brotherhood everywhere by using my very special Asus Zenfone – Super Power.

I am very sure that ASUS Zenfone – Super Power with Intel inside, will be made only & only for me & it will give me all the Super Powers, that i want for the mankind.

But don’t you think that by doing all that I am trace passing into the arena of GOD itself, & therefore, I must remain in my limits & Asus Zenfone 5 or 6 will be enough for me ?

Asus Zenfone 5 with 5 inch IPS Display, 1280x720 pixel resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a dual core 2 GHZ intel Atom Z2580 mobile chipset paired with 1 GB RAM, 8 MP camera with Autofocus and LED flash, 1080p videos, 2 MO camera for video chats with 2110 mAh battery makes a good combination. 

But if I have the option, I will prefer Asus Zenfone 6, as 6 inches display, 1280x720 pixel resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology, 13 MP camera with Auto focus & LED flash, full HD videos, 2 MP camera for video caling & with a 3300 mAh battery, makes it a Super Duper Power.

Tumblast Shot Blasting Machines

In Tumblast, a conveyor belt rotates inwards, inside the chamber of the shot blasting machine & the components are loaded on it as per the size & capacity of the machine. The door is than closed. Rotor is switched on for throwing Shots or Grits on the components. By this process, the loaded components get a universal finish. Abrasive medias such as Shots or Grits are continuously fed by the elevator of abrasive media. All the dust extracted in the process goes to the attached dust collector. On completion of desired time period, the door is opened & than the conveyor belt is driven outwards. As a result the components can be removed from the chamber. An automatic loading system can also be attached to the shot / grit blasting machine.
The Tumblast shot / grit blasting machines are available in many sizes, right from a 2 cu ft capacity machine to a 15 & 20 cu ft capacity machines. Some of the sizes are: 20" x 27", 20" x 42", 27" x 36", 30" x 43", 36" x 42", 42" x 42" as well 48" x 48".
Similarly, Hanger model Shot blasting machines are available in Single / Double door type, Centralised hanger type as well a monorail type. In this model, the components are hanged instead of loading on the conveyor belt. Rest of the process is same. The hanger rotates for a universal finish using multiple rotors depending upon requirement. The benefit is that the components do not touch each other in the process of finishing and hence are scratch free.
Swing table model shot blasting machines are suitable for bigger or heavier components or if the smaller parts are to be shot blasted only one side. Many sizes are available from a minimum 36" of table to 120" of table in sngle as well double doors.
Continuous conveyor model shot blasting machines are suitable for smaller components which are to be shot blasted only one side with a single rotor. Multiple sides can be finished by using multiple rotors. Components are fed from one side & removed from the other side duly finished.
The spare parts mostly wearable are made from ni hard or alloy steel to get the maximum life.The main spare parts include the Rotor, Blades, Spring locks, Cage & Impeller, Cage adapter, centre plate, Top segment, Side liners, Round plates as well the conveyor belt. Few precautions are necessary while running the machine.

By selecting and using the right deburring tools, manufacturers can improve consistency, promote quality, and speed operations. Part contours, the material to work, and the amount of material to remove are also important to consider. Types of Deburring Brushes
BRM supplies high-quality, long-lasting brush tools with carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, nylon, and abrasive nylon filaments. Available abrasive types include aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, silicate, and diamond. For deburring and surface finishing applications with bore sizes of 4 mm or greater, Flex-Hone® tools are available.

Miniature deburring brushes with metal filaments are suitable for some small parts. For clearing chips from holes, and for removing protruding and break-through burrs, stainless steel brushes in diameters as small as 0.024 in. (0.6 mm) are used. BRM also supplies small parts deburring brushes with stainless steel filaments for cross-hole deburring.

Nylon brushes for small parts finishing feature non-reactive nylon filaments that will not impart carbon impurities to the work surface. Abrasive nylon brushes are recommended for applications involving tight tolerances, edge blending, burr removal, and other finishing requirements for bores as small as 0.032 in. (0.8 mm). These brush tools are also used for polishing thread peaks and removing burrs from threads.

Flexible Honing Tools for Small Parts Deburring
Flex-Hone® tools are resilient, flexible honing tools with a soft cutting action. Self-centering, self-aligning to the bore, and self-compensating for wear, these deburring tools feature globules of abrasive grit that are permanently laminated to the ends of nylon filaments. Known also as ball hones, flexible hones are available in 8 different abrasive types and 11 grit selections.

For small parts deburring with bores sizes of 4-mm or greater, Flex-Hone® tools are preferred. With their low-temperature, low-pressure abrading process, BRM ball hones remove burrs and improve surface finish at the same time.
